Roberts Energy Partners with CITGO and Blue Sky to Distribute Lubricants and Diesel Exhaust Fluid

Agreement with CITGO Expands on Roberts' Existing Relationship with the Company as an Authorized Provider of CITGO Motor Fuels

Springfield, MA, October 12th, 2017 - Roberts Energy is proud to announce that it is partnering with CITGO Petroleum Corporation and Blue Sky Diesel Exhaust Fluid to expand on Roberts' robust motor fuels business, while also adding the distribution of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to Roberts' products and services. The CITGO lubricants agreement expands on Roberts' existing relationship with the company as an authorized provider of CITGO motor fuels, and the deal with Blue Sky will complement Roberts' extensive diesel fuel distribution business.

"We are very excited about the expanded services we can provide our customers as a result of these new separate agreements, one with our trusted partners at CITGO, and the new alliance we have forged with Blue Sky," said Matthew Dusseault, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "The majority of our business centers on diesel fuel delivery and our diesel customers can now get their DEF directly from us as well. And we're confident that the strong relationships we have in our service area will help drive our CITGO lubricants business going forward."

As an authorized CITGO lubricants distributor, Roberts will provide engine oils, gear oils, greases, industrial fluids, and many other CITGO products. And through its agreement with Blue Sky, Roberts will sell DEF in bulk as well as in 330-gallon totes, 55-gallon drums, and two-and-half gallon jugs. The management team at Roberts Energy - one of New England's leading suppliers of motor fuels, heating fuels, and lubricants to commercial end-users, wholesale customers, and branded retailers - looks forward to rewarding relationships with Houston-based CITGO, and with Blue Sky, which is headquartered in North Lake, WI.

"When both of these opportunities were made available to us, we knew there were needs for our customers that these deals would help to fulfill, and we think we can fill the needs better than our competitors," Mr. Dusseault said. "And we had been looking at providing DEF for some time, so this represents a key value add for all of our diesel customers."
